Season for Detox – Day 7

The first full week of the detox has been completed. This is becoming an enjoyable experience. What I feel after one week is less brain fog. It’s good to feel that I can remember things better, all by letting my body get cleansed.

Season for a Detox

I did this a few years ago when I detoxed from caffeine and learned it was very helpful for others. So join me for my journey on this detox. In the new year, consider joining me for a detox of your own.
