Detoxing has it’s up’s and down’s. The very first and most important step io take is to make up your mind to actually get started. You have to decide to do it. The determination comes in the head first; that’s what gets you through any type of change in your life.

Season for a Detox

I decided to start a detox program yesterday, November 1. That was a great day to get going; the first of a fresh month. I intend to journal my process through this blog. I did this a few years ago when I detoxed from caffeine and learned it was very helpful for others. So join me for my journey on this detox.
